Le nostre castagne fresche sono un prodotto naturale delle nostre valli Cuneesi da noi lavorato con cura. Sono ritirate giornalmente dai produttori agricoli, prepulite, calibrate secondo la dimensione, trattate termicamente e scelte manualmente per ottenere un prodotto pulito e sano.
Sono disponibili in vari calibri:
Grande 60/65 frutti per kg, Medio 80/85 frutti per kg, Piccole 90/100 frutti per kg
Non contengono naturalmente GLUTINE, non contengono allergeni e non contengono ALCOOL. E’ un prodotto adatto per vegetariani e vegani, e privo di qualsiasi conservante e additivo.

Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano da fonti di calore, ad una temperatura di 5°C.
Principalmente si consumano come caldarroste, oppure bollite.
Si possono utilizzare anche per il classico MONTE BIANCO, per dolci, dessert, torte, creme e marmellate.

Our fresh chestnuts are a natural product of our valleys of Cuneo, that we have worked with care.
They are withdrawn daily from agricultural producers, pre-sorted, calibrated according to the dimension, heat treated and manually chosen to obtain a clean and healthy product.
